Customer "favorited" item, then three weeks later purchased the item, to then contact me today, ONE MONTH after taking delivery of the item to inform me the item did not fit. Per stated shop policies, return timeframe had expired. Shop policies are in place that clearly state return policy on all items.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful and as purchased. I am getting married in September and this will be lovely for the day of getting ready and for photographs, and just wonderful to have before and after. The detail in it is what drew me to it. Also this shipped very quickly and package with care!

1 out of 5 starsSeller misrepresented the item measurements and condition, despite my asking extensive questions about both. When contacted, she initially offered a refund -- only to change her mind because I took too long (20 hours) to respond to her message! She seemed very sweet and accommodating at first, but ended up being a total pain in the neck. I eventually got my money back, but not without a significant hassle.

Unfortunate this buyer decided to provide this type of review. With over 20 messages shared during and leading up to the transaction, the item was not misrepresented in any way to buyer. DAYS after receiving the item, buyer contacted shop to request a refund. Per stated shop policies, customer was beyond timeframe for return. What the buyer failed to mention were her threatening and rude comments that let to a claim filed by me with Etsy for harassment . I decided to break my own shop policies and proceed with issuing this buyer a refund. I have since learned that what happened to me with this transaction (vintage apparel) is becoming common place on Etsy. People purchase vintage apparel, when item is received, buyer changes mind or wears and then requests refund. THE DRESS IS NOW SOLD.
